These Terms govern use of mvdxq.shop and purchases from Mvdxq, operated by ACCOLADE ACCOUNTING LLC. Product pages, checkout disclosures, the Shipping Policy, and the Return & Refund Policy form part of the transaction information presented to a customer.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

Dried botanical decor is intended for dry indoor decorative display. Customers should review stated stem count, approximate length, material, palette, package contents, and care notes. Natural differences in shape, curve, texture, and shade are not a license for Mvdxq to send a different listed product; the delivered SKU must still correspond to the order.
Keep dried material away from water, open flame, high heat, and rough handling. These practical care directions do not replace mandatory consumer protections for a defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly supplied item.
SECTION 2 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. A change applies prospectively to the Site and does not rewrite an already authorized transaction. Paid order prices are legally protected, and ACCOLADE ACCOUNTING LLC will not unilaterally increase a paid order price before shipment.
We may revise descriptions, availability, page layouts, service features, or non-paid offers to correct errors or reflect current operations. If a material listing error affects an unfulfilled order, we may contact the customer with accurate information and a lawful choice rather than silently substituting a different botanical set.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order that appears fraudulent, high-risk, duplicated in error, inconsistent with payment authorization, intended for unlawful activity, or affected by a material inventory or pricing error. Shipping and return procedures are disclosed on their dedicated pages. Paid orders retain the stated price; delivery timing uses Business Days; approved returns use the emailed Customer download/print label. These Terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & SITE AVAILABILITY
Site text, original product descriptions, photographs, graphics, Logo, layout, and policy content belong to ACCOLADE ACCOUNTING LLC or are used under license. Personal shopping use does not transfer ownership or authorize republication, scraping, resale of content, or creation of a misleading copy of Mvdxq.
Scheduled maintenance, platform incidents, carrier integrations, or technical faults may temporarily affect access. We may correct Site errors and restore service without promising uninterrupted availability. Third-party services remain governed by their applicable terms, subject to rights that law does not allow those terms to remove.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, together with applicable federal laws of the United States.
