This page explains how Mvdxq displays prices, processes checkout, protects payment credentials, and records refunds. The policy applies to purchases made through mvdxq.shop.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Checkout is processed through Shopify Payments. Only payment methods actually displayed and enabled in the live checkout may be selected. Availability can depend on device, issuer, customer location, and Shopify configuration; this policy does not promise a card or wallet option that checkout does not show.
Submitting an order requests authorization from the selected provider. An order may remain pending or be declined if billing data is incomplete, the issuer rejects authorization, or a risk review requires verification. Do not submit repeated orders solely because an issuer response is delayed; contact support with the order details first.
SSL ENCRYPTION & DATA PROTECTION
Checkout pages transmit payment credentials through encrypted SSL/TLS connections to Shopify Payments and the applicable financial institution. ACCOLADE ACCOUNTING LLC receives the transaction status and commerce details needed to administer the order, not the complete payment credential.
PCI-DSS COMPLIANCE LEVEL 1
Shopify states that its platform is certified to PCI-DSS Level 1 standards. Payment processing and card-data controls are handled within the provider environment. This description does not convert Mvdxq into the issuer or guarantee approval by a bank.
NO CREDIT CARD STORAGE
Mvdxq does not directly receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes. Customers should not send those credentials by email, telephone, contact form, or return documentation. If a payment question arises, provide the order number and non-sensitive transaction context.
TRANSACTION CURRENCY & TRANSPARENCY
All store prices and checkout transactions use USD. Prices are shown with the $ symbol and USD currency code. The checkout summary identifies the ordered dried decor, quantity, item price, and the following configured fields:
- Standard Shipping: $0.00 USD
- Tax: $0.00 USD
The total final price, including applicable shipping costs, will be clearly itemized and displayed at the checkout page before you authorize payment.
We never charge any hidden processing fees, handling fees, or unannounced taxes. Mvdxq will not request an off-site transfer to complete an ordinary storefront order. Customers should review the product, quantity, address, and final USD total before authorization.
TAXES AND DUTIES
No taxes, duties, or other government charges are added to the order at checkout. This statement must remain aligned with the live checkout configuration. If operations change in the future, the checkout and this policy must be updated together before a different charge is collected.
PAYMENT REVIEWS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Fraud screening may pause fulfillment while order or billing details are checked. A lawful cancellation before fulfillment returns an approved amount to the original method. Approved return refunds are also submitted to the original payment method; posting time after submission depends on Shopify Payments, the issuer, and the customer’s institution.
