ACCOLADE ACCOUNTING LLC operates Mvdxq and controls the merchant records described here. This notice covers visits to mvdxq.shop, checkout, fulfillment, customer messages, returns, and related store administration.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Site visits may produce Device Information including IP address, browser type, operating system, time zone, referring page, viewed pages, search activity, and store interactions. Cookies and comparable technologies may maintain the cart, remember settings, support security, and help distinguish ordinary traffic from automated misuse.
Starting or completing checkout may create Order Information containing name, billing address, shipping address, email, telephone number, payment information, ordered item, quantity, value, delivery choice, and transaction status. A support record can also contain the order number, question, return reason, carrier scan, and photographs voluntarily supplied to document parcel or product condition.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use Order Information to fulfill orders, arrange for shipping, process payment, provide invoices and/or order confirmations, send dispatch and tracking messages, handle eligible returns or exchanges, and answer customer questions. We also screen our orders for potential risk or fraud and keep records needed for accounting, disputes, and legal compliance.
Device Information helps maintain cart and checkout operation, identify technical problems, protect the Site, and measure how store pages perform. A support message is used to investigate the stated matter; photographs of dried stems or packaging are not repurposed as public marketing content without a separate lawful basis.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use Shopify to power our online store. Shopify processes data needed to host the storefront, maintain orders, and operate commerce services. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. Analytics supports aggregate traffic and performance review.
Relevant data may be disclosed to Shopify Payments, fraud-prevention services, carriers, fulfillment providers, technical vendors, customer-support tools, accountants, legal advisers, or authorities with a valid legal basis. Each provider should receive only what is reasonably needed for its assigned role.
BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING
Where permitted, interaction data may support targeted advertising or marketing measurement. Google choices are available at https://www.google.com/settings/ads/anonymous. Participating-company choices are available at https://optout.aboutads.info/. Browser settings may also restrict Cookies, although essential cart or checkout functions can be affected.
YOUR RIGHTS
For Singapore customers, the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) may provide rights to request access and correction, and to withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. A withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing and may affect optional services that require the information.
Because ACCOLADE ACCOUNTING LLC is a United States entity, applicable United States federal and state privacy laws may also govern particular records or requests. Other residents may have additional access, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or complaint rights under the law that applies to them.

PAYMENT SECURITY, RETENTION & INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Shopify Payments processes checkout credentials over encrypted connections. Mvdxq does not directly receive or store complete card numbers or security codes. The payment provider and issuing institution complete authorization using their own controls.
We retain records for the period reasonably required for fulfillment, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, returns, legal obligations, and enforcement of store terms. Shopify and other providers may process data outside Singapore while applying their contractual and legal safeguards.
Reasonable administrative and technical measures restrict access to merchant records. No online method is entirely risk-free. The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children; we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Independent links are governed by their operators’ privacy practices.
